Explorers Club is a local band from Tacoma, Washington, working on their first EP titled "Stuff Mountain". The band gave me the task of designing their album cover.

Both the drummer and guitarist are from Tacoma, Washington, and I wanted to bring that aspect into their first release. To start, I found vintage photographs of downtown Tacoma as well as Mt. Rainier from an antique store, scanned and collaged the images into their EP cover design. This layered photograph design mimics their music style, which utilizes various loops and effects that overlay each other to create their unique sound. Lastly, I created the poster for their EP release show.
